COMPANY FOUNDATION

September 1962
John Brian Young, known to many as Bill, left a very good job for a wotton based company to start up on his own. With a loan from his Gran, he bought a van, and gradually built the business up over the following years.

Bill, a carpenter and joiner by trade, slowly took on staff to help him as the business grew, usually having between 3 and 8 employees, this gradual growth, ensured that the business was built on solid footings.

February 1986
His eldest son, Alan, joined the business straight from school, attending Stroud College to complete an advanced craft certificate, in Bricklaying.
